The services we offer at Trauma Aware Care are focused on supporting the whole team around the child/young person affected by trauma, adversity and neurodivergence.  

 

We offer training and support on a one to one basis and in groups for parents, foster carers, adopters, schools, local authorities, health practitioners, charities and organisations and we can create bespoke packages around your specific needs and requirements.

The Impact Of Fostering On The Family

Foster Carers and Children Who Foster

A half day training for families who foster, exploring the impact of saying yes to foster care, and how this affects the family who already live in the home. This training provides insight, support and strategies to navigate this unique journey and set foundations so that the whole fostering family can thrive. This training also includes a workshop specifically for their children who foster too.
